Invitation:
Due to the massive visit of national and international tourists in our caverns, we need to increase
our knowledge about our caves for a resposible caving. That's why we invite to all the communities, societies and organizations
around the world involved in the study of caves and caverns, to participate in the scientific study in details of our caves
in Paraguay. The areas of study are as follows: GEOLOGY, ESPELEOGENESSIS,KARST HYDROGEOLOGY ,SPELEOCHRONOLOGY
and PALEONTOLOGY of CAVES.(flora & fauna).
Besides of know,protec, conserve and propose as the 1st. National Park underground, our main
wishes are let to know to the whole world that in Paraguay we have one and be a member of the International Union of Speleology
(I.U.E.), in order to integrate speleological activities at international level.
Previous Works:
Several works of exploration have been done already, in the decade of 70's ,80's (groups of
frensh and Argentinian) both groups are speleologists and an adventurous man called Marcelo Warnes in (2001-2002), but most
the reports disappeared or are in unknow`s hands.
